How It Works
Place Devices on the Property Map
When a device is installed, the tech pins it on the property map in the Pocomos mobile app. Each pin is labeled with the device type and ID.
Inspect on Every Visit
On each return visit, the tech opens the device map, selects each device, and completes the inspection form. Photos can be attached at this step.
Review Inspection Results
The office can review all inspection results from the customer record. High-activity flags surface automatically so nothing gets missed.
Generate Reports
Pull inspection history reports for any customer or date range. Share with commercial clients as proof of service or use internally for quality control.
