How It Works

Customer Receives a Link

When a customer is added to Pocomos, they can be sent a link to access their portal. The link can also be included in automated service reminders, invoices, and follow-up emails.

Customer Logs In

Customers access the portal through a secure login. No app download required. The portal works on any device with a browser, including phones, tablets, and desktops.

Self-Service Actions

From the portal, customers can view their invoice history, pay outstanding balances, see upcoming scheduled services, and update their payment information on file.

Changes Sync to Pocomos

Any payment made or card updated through the portal is reflected in Pocomos immediately. Your office sees the updated information without any manual data entry.
