How It Works
Customer Adds a Card
The customer's card is stored securely in Pocomos at the time of signup or through the self-pay portal. The card updater is active from that point forward.
Card Network Detects a Change
When a bank issues a new card number or updates an expiration date, the card network notifies the updater automatically.
Card Details Are Updated Silently
The new card details are applied to the customer's payment profile in Pocomos. No email, no call, no action required from the customer or your staff.
Autopay Runs Without Interruption
The next scheduled autopay charge processes against the updated card. The customer never experiences a service interruption due to a payment failure.
