How It Works
Open the Calendar
Navigate to the multi-day calendar view. You can see your full week, all routes, and all open slots at a glance.
Select an Open Slot
Click on any open time slot on a route. The system knows the jobs before and after that slot and uses them as reference points.
Get Customer Recommendations
Click Recommend Customers and Pocomos returns a ranked list of customers who are geographically closest to the surrounding jobs.
Book and Confirm
Select the customer you want to add, confirm the appointment, and the job is added to the route. Send a confirmation text or email in the same step.
